MonoPods

A monopod gives you more stability than handholding without the setup time of a tripod, which is why they're popular for events, sports, and run-and-gun video work. The Libec hands-free models here take that a step further with fold-out tripod bases that let the monopod stand on its own between shots, useful when you need both hands free without breaking the whole thing down. Both Libec kits are available as monopod only or bundled with a pan-and-tilt video head, and the TH-M kit reaches up to 74.6 inches with a 9 lb load capacity covering most camera and lens combinations.

The Manfrotto XPRO is the more traditional option, a 4-section aluminum monopod with a fluid base and 500-series tilt head that handles panning shots more smoothly than a basic ball or tilt head. At AED 1,185 it's the priciest of the four, though two of the Libec kits are currently on sale, bringing them to AED 999 each.
