Monitors

This range splits roughly into three use cases. On-camera field monitors from FeelWorld, SmallHD, and Atomos cover focus pulling and exposure checking directly on the rig, with SmallHD's UltraBright and Cine 7 models built for visibility in direct sunlight where cheaper monitors wash out. Wireless transmission monitors from Hollyland and Accsoon let a director or focus puller view the feed at a distance without a cable run, useful on sets where the camera operator isn't standing next to anyone else. Atomos adds a third category with its Shogun and Ninja-style units that record alongside monitoring, useful for productions that want ProRes or RAW capture without a separate deck.

For studio and broadcast environments, Blackmagic's SmartView and PYXIS monitors bring SMPTE 2110 IP connectivity and touchscreen camera control respectively, built more for fixed installs than handheld use. Pricing spans from AED 399 for a basic FeelWorld field monitor up to AED 12,145 for the SmallHD ULTRA 5 with integrated Bolt wireless receiver, so the right pick depends heavily on whether the monitor needs to travel on a rig, sit wireless at a video village, or live permanently in a control room.
