xThe Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD Live Production Switcher is a professional HD live production switcher built into a compact 1 RU chassis. It features 10 multi-rate 3G-SDI inputs and 6 independent 3G-SDI outputs, making it suitable for live events, broadcast studios, houses of worship, and other multi-camera productions.
Each input includes frame synchronization, frame rate conversion, and format conversion, allowing you to combine different HD sources without requiring genlock. The switcher also includes a built-in DVE, four upstream keyers, one downstream keyer, chroma and luma keying, and professional broadcast transitions.
The built-in multiview supports up to 16 monitoring windows, while the integrated Fairlight audio mixer provides 28 channels with EQ and dynamics processing. A USB-C connection provides webcam output at 720p or 1080p at the program frame rate.
The ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD can be controlled through the front panel, Ethernet, or ATEM Software Control on compatible Mac and Windows computers. Its compact 1 RU design makes it a practical choice for professional live production systems where space and flexibility are important.
