It provides eight independent 3G-SDI channels that can be configured for capture or playback, allowing multiple video streams to be handled from a single card.
The DeckLink Quad 2 features eight bidirectional 12-bit 3G-SDI connections, with each channel independently configurable as an input or output. It supports SD and HD video up to 1080p60, making it suitable for multi-camera capture, broadcast servers, live switching, and professional video playback applications.
The card supports 8, 10, and 12-bit RGB 4:4:4 video as well as 8 and 10-bit YUV 4:2:2 formats. It also supports up to 16 channels of embedded SDI audio per input or output, providing professional audio and video connectivity for broadcast and production environments.
