It supports SD, HD, 2K, and Ultra HD 4K video while providing a wide range of digital and analog connections.
The DeckLink Studio 4K features 6G-SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs, supporting 10-bit 4:2:2 UHD 4K and DCI 4K video through single-link 6G-SDI. It also supports 10-bit 4:4:4 1080p through 3G-SDI, providing flexible video connectivity for professional production environments.
The card provides extensive analog connectivity through the included breakout cable, including component, composite, S-Video, balanced analog audio, and AES/EBU audio. It supports up to 16 channels of embedded SDI audio and 8 channels of embedded HDMI audio in HD, 2K, and 4K workflows.
The DeckLink Studio 4K includes HD-to-SD down-conversion, SD-to-HD up-conversion, and hardware cross-conversion between supported 720p and 1080p formats during playback. It also features internal SD keying, a reference input with Black Burst and Tri-Sync support, and RS-422 deck control for professional broadcast equipment.
