xThe Blackmagic Design Duplicator 4K is a professional SD card duplication and recording system designed for live events, broadcast production, and fast content delivery. It combines real-time H.265 encoding with multi-rate 12G-SDI connectivity, allowing SD, HD, and Ultra HD video to be recorded up to 2160p60.
With 25 built-in SD card slots, the Duplicator 4K can simultaneously record content to multiple cards, making it practical for events where finished recordings need to be distributed to customers immediately. It supports Class 10 SD cards, including UHS-I and UHS-II media.
The system supports H.264 and H.265 recording, with duplicate, sequential, and disk-overwrite recording modes. It also provides RS-422 control for connecting additional Duplicator units, Ethernet control, USB connectivity, and an optional SMPTE optical SDI module.
