xThe Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini HDMI to Optical 12G Converter converts HDMI video to 12G-SDI and optional SMPTE optical fiber for professional broadcast, live production, and video distribution. It supports HDMI 2.0 input up to Ultra HD 2160p60 and can output video through 12G-SDI or an optional 3G, 6G, or 12G optical SFP module.
The converter supports SD, HD, 2K, Ultra HD, and selected 4K DCI formats with automatic multi-rate switching and SDI reclocking. It also provides 16 channels of embedded audio, along with two channels of balanced analog audio and four channels of professional digital AES/EBU audio through XLR connections.
Ethernet provides remote setup and configuration through Blackmagic software and also supports PoE+. The unit includes a built-in 100–240V AC power supply and can be fitted with an optional Teranex Mini Smart Panel for LCD monitoring and front-panel controls.
