xThe Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini IP Video 12G is a professional SDI-to-IP encoder and decoder designed for broadcast and live production workflows. It supports 12G-SDI signals and uses TICO compression to transport high-quality video over standard Ethernet networks.
The unit features one 10-bit 12G-SDI input and two independent 12G-SDI outputs. Gigabit Ethernet supports video up to 1080p60, while an optional 10G optical Ethernet connection enables Ultra HD workflows up to 2160p60.
Multiple Teranex Mini IP Video 12G units can be connected across the same network and managed using Blackmagic Videohub software. An optional Teranex Mini Smart Panel adds an LCD display, rotary control, and buttons for local setup and monitoring. The unit can also be powered through PoE+ for suitable network installations.
