xThe Blackmagic Design Videohub 120x120 12G is a professional zero-latency SDI video router built for large broadcast, live production, and studio environments. It provides 120 SDI inputs and 120 SDI outputs, allowing multiple cameras, switchers, monitors, recorders, and other SDI equipment to be connected and routed from one central system. It supports SD, HD, and Ultra HD formats on the same router, including video standards up to 2160p60.
The router supports DVB-ASI, 270Mb, 1.5G, 3G, 6G, and 12G-SDI signals. SDI re-clocking is available on all outputs, helping maintain reliable signal quality across professional broadcast installations. Reference connections support Tri-Sync or Black Burst, while the reference output provides a terminating loop connection.
For local operation, the Videohub features 24 routing buttons, menu buttons, a large search dial, and a 5-inch color LCD for viewing video, routing labels, and video standards. Ethernet connectivity enables remote control through Blackmagic Videohub software, compatible hardware control panels, and the Videohub Control Protocol.
The 120x120 model also includes redundant internal power supplies and USB-C for computer connectivity. With support for Mac and Windows control software, this router is well suited for broadcast studios, OB facilities, production trucks, post-production environments, and large SDI infrastructure.
