It features a 4K full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor, 10.2MP effective resolution, and more than 15 stops of dynamic range for detailed images in challenging lighting conditions.
The FX6 offers 4K recording up to 120p and Full HD recording up to 240p, making it suitable for both cinematic footage and slow-motion production. Internal recording supports 10-bit 4:2:2 XAVC-I, while the camera can output 16-bit RAW through its professional SDI connection.
For reliable focusing, the camera features Fast Hybrid AF with 627 phase-detection points, along with Face Detection and Real-time Eye AF. Its dual base ISO of 800 and 12,800 provides strong performance across a wide range of lighting conditions, with sensitivity expandable up to ISO 409,600.
